Central Virginia Health Services is a non-profit community health center with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. They started in 1970 as a community-based and patient-directed organization focused on providing care to people with limited access to the health services they need. They are committed to and must uphold a high level of care, meeting administrative, clinical, and financial standards as part of responsibility as a FQHC. They offer comprehensive care: medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and at some sites, x-ray services. Caring Hearts Free Clinic is a volunteer-driven organization committed to creating solutions for a healthy community of all ages by: removing barriers to access; treating holistically with dignity, with respect and without judgment; providing primary care service and health education; and providing support and referral services to those without access to basic health care. Located in Winchester, Virginia, Winchester Family Health Center serves patients in the Northern Shenandoah Valley and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. As a partner of Shenandoah Valley Medical System, we are a community health center-a nonprofit medical home with access to comprehensive care. Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare (BRBH) is the Community Services Board serving adults, children and families with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders in the Roanoke Valley of Virginia. We serve residents of the Cities of Roanoke and Salem, and the Counties of Botetourt, Craig, and Roanoke.

Individual psychotherapy and counseling, psychological evaluation, and letters of support. Letters provided for hormone replacement therapy and gender affirmation surgeries.
