Established in 1994, Arlington Free Clinic (AFC) continues to be Arlington’s only provider of comprehensive healthcare services for adults living with a low income and without health insurance. While there are approximately 10,000 uninsured adults in Arlington County, AFC is the medical home for over 1,600 of these underserved members of our community. Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. AHF Healthcare Centers provide advanced medical care designed specifically for HIV-positive clients. AHF providers are knowledgeable of up-to-the-minute developments in HIV medical care. In addition, AHF Healthcare Centers are often part of the research teams testing new medications to fight HIV.

Western Tidewater Community Services Board serves the Cities of Franklin and Suffolk and the Counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton. We are the single point of entry for access to mental health services, support for intellectual disability, and services for a substance use disorder. CSBs advocate for people who are receiving or need services. We act as community educators, organizers, and planners. We also advise local governments about behavioral health and developmental services and needs.

Bridges is an unlocked psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF), offering programs for Virginia children and adolescents ages 6-17. Residential treatment programs are helpful for youth who have not responded to outpatient treatments, who have educational needs that cannot be met in a less restrictive setting, or who are in need of further intensive treatment following inpatient acute psychiatric care. For youth who have exhausted the less restrictive options in their community, Bridges is there to help.
