To provide access to service providers and improve the quality of life for homeless individuals, individuals and families living in poverty, income deficit families, and individuals infected with/affected (family, friends, relatives, and the general public) by hiv/aids/sti's. To promote and educate the general public to take preventative measures to stop the spread of hiv/aids/sti's and ultimately to reduce the infection rates of hiv/sti's. Additionally spa provides consultant services, education services, technical assistance and training to the general public to include local schools, universities, faith based groups, community based programs, organizations, agencies, police departments, correctional facilities, u. S. Military installations,landlords, and veterans administration medical center. Programs: Prevention,education, awareness - spa provided hiv/aids and other sti's prevention, education and awareness activities. Additionally spa provided over 3,000 hours of consultant services, educational services, training, technical assistance to agencies, organizations, service providers and individuals.
