ACTS serves the entirety of Prince William County, including the town of Dumfries, the city of Manassas, and Manassas Park, providing a lifeline of critical services to residents in need. From food assistance and housing services to crisis intervention and domestic violence support, ACTS ensures that individuals and families throughout these communities receive comprehensive care. By addressing the unique needs of each area it serves, ACTS fosters stability and hope, making a profound impact on the lives of nearly 65,000 people annually.

Central Virginia Health Services is a non-profit community health center with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. They started in 1970 as a community-based and patient-directed organization focused on providing care to people with limited access to the health services they need. They are committed to and must uphold a high level of care, meeting administrative, clinical, and financial standards as part of responsibility as a FQHC. They offer comprehensive care: medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and at some sites, x-ray services. The majority of their governing board is made up of their patients – at least 51% of board members must be representative of the patients they serve.

LGBT Life Center is a trusted leader that empowers the LGBTQ communities and all people affected by HIV through improving health and wellness, strengthening families and communities, and providing transformative education and advocacy. We offer free HIV & STI testing services, housing services, medical services, case management, social support programming for the LGBTQ+ community, youth programming, senior programming, PrEP and HIV prevention services, mental health and counseling, and intimate partner violence crisis intervention. The Alleghany Highlands Community Services Board is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals in our community with behavioral health challenges and developmental disabilities. AHCS is committed to preventing the occurrence of these conditions through an integrated community-based system of care. AHCS is committed to being responsive to individual needs and choices. Alleghany Highlands Community Services (AHCS) began in 1983 and is one of forty Community Services Boards and Behavioral Health Authorities established under the Code of Virginia to provide comprehensive services to individuals who have mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders. As the publicly funded safety net for service delivery, we must continuously monitor and evaluate our cost for services as well as the effectiveness of what we do. AHCS operates multiple service sites throughout the Alleghany Highlands, with over 127 employees working to support our services. We are proud to have served our community for 38 years. AHCSB is accountable to and licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) for the quality of care and fiscal accountability of the programs under its jurisdiction. AHCS is governed by a nine-person all-volunteer board appointed with members from each jurisdiction by local governing bodies – Alleghany County, Clifton Forge and the City of Covington. The Board members are people from the community with various occupations and interests who serve three-year terms of office.

Caring Hearts Free Clinic is a volunteer-driven organization committed to creating solutions for a healthy community of all ages by: removing barriers to access; treating holistically with dignity, with respect and without judgment; providing primary care service and health education; and providing support and referral services to those without access to basic health care. Their mission is to provide free, non-judgmental, quality healthcare to those in need by using a solid base of culturally diverse community resources.

The Virginia Farmworkers' Legal Assistance Project is a program of the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society. We offer legal assistance to migrant farmworkers' working in Virginia under the H-2A visa program, as well as migrant farmworkers who are legal residents or citizens of the US. We represent clients with work related legal issues, such as unpaid wages. Our office is located in Charlottesville, VA.

The Bradley Free Clinic serves uninsured, or underinsured residents of the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas. Free Clinic patients have income at or below 300% of the federal poverty level. The majority of all patients suffer from hypertension, obesity, diabetes, depression, and morbid obesity. Hepatitis C testing and treatment is offered at the Bradley Free Clinic
