Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. Shenandoah County Free Clinic sees people at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty level who have no other means of acquiring health care. Most of the patients are below 100% of the poverty level. Approximately two-thirds of the patients have one or more chronic conditions requiring continuing medication. Thanks to award-winning volunteers and donated services, the clinic is able to provide over $8 in care for every dollar received.
