AAt Community Access Network, our vision is that everyone has a medical home providing optimal individual and community wellness. We lead the way in creating a network of healthcare providers and organizations that prioritize health and compassion over bottom lines and will work to break down the barriers that keep individuals from getting the care they deserve. We serve everyone—regardless of age or insurance status. We want patients to understand that we—the staff, the doctors, the nurses— live, work and play in the same community as they do. When patients come to Community Access Network, they’re being treated by their neighbors, their fellow church members and those they see on the bus every morning. We want our patients to understand that their health is all that matters to us and that the quality of care they’ll receive will be consistent, courteous and compassionate. Our medical offices are open evening hours, and we offer same-day and walk-in services at some locations. We accept most insurances, including: PCHP, Optima, Anthem, Aetna, VAPremier, Tricare, Medicaid and Medicare.

Bland County Medical Clinic was founded in 1979 at our main location in Bastian, Virginia. Since that time BCMC has grown to three locations including the Bland County Medical Clinic Dental Clinic, and our latest addition Orchard Creek Clinic. BCMC carries the designation of a FQHC or Federally Qualified Health Center. The Lloyd F. Moss Free Clinic serves low-income, uninsured adults who reside in the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. Approximately 90% of the clinic's patients have household incomes less than 125% of the federal poverty guidelines

Central Virginia Health Services is a non-profit community health center with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. They started in 1970 as a community-based and patient-directed organization focused on providing care to people with limited access to the health services they need. They are committed to and must uphold a high level of care, meeting administrative, clinical, and financial standards as part of responsibility as a FQHC. They offer comprehensive care: medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and at some sites, x-ray services. The majority of their governing board is made up of their patients – at least 51% of board members must be representative of the patients they serve.

Programs that provide a therapeutic living environment in community-based facilities for individuals who have emotional and/or behavioral problems and require a structured, supervised treatment program which may include individual, group, family and other treatment modalities as appropriate, but who do not require inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
