We empower all persons to live healthy, love openly, and achieve equality and inclusion. Through multiple locations throughout DC, we provide stigma-free care to anyone who walks through our doors. Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. This clinic operates under a SLIDING SCALE model. This means that it MAY NOT be free depending on your income. Located in Winchester, Virginia, Winchester Family Health Center serves patients in the Northern Shenandoah Valley and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. As a partner of Shenandoah Valley Medical System, we are a community health center-a nonprofit medical home with access to comprehensive care. Our on-site lab and bi-lingual staff make us a preferred provider in the area.

Goochland Free Clinic and Family Services provides medical, mental health,and dental care to adult residents of Goochland County who are uninsured and cannot afford this care. Other services include a food pantry, emergency financial assistance, case management, emergency home repair, emergency housing, clothes closet, literacy and GED training, and medical transportation, Patients are required to be Goochland County residents with an income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

AHF Healthcare Centers provide advanced medical care designed specifically for HIV-positive clients. AHF providers are knowledgeable of up-to-the-minute developments in HIV medical care. In addition, AHF Healthcare Centers are often part of the research teams testing new medications to fight HIV.

The Free Clinic of Pulaski County serves those in the community who are otherwise not served by Medicaid or Medicare, do not have private health insurance and whose income does not exceed 130% of the current Federal poverty guideline. Clinics are held Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons by appointment, from 10AM to 3PM every other Friday and on Thursday evenings beginning at 5:30 PM. The clinic also assists patients in accessing the Medication Assistance Programs of the various pharmaceutical manufacturers. In the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007, 826 individuals were served and 6,447 prescriptions were filled.

Central Virginia Health Services is a non-profit community health center with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. They started in 1970 as a community-based and patient-directed organization focused on providing care to people with limited access to the health services they need. They are committed to and must uphold a high level of care, meeting administrative, clinical, and financial standards as part of responsibility as a FQHC. They offer comprehensive care: medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and at some sites, x-ray services. The majority of their governing board is made up of their patients – at least 51% of board members must be representative of the patients they serve.
