Central Virginia Health Services is a non-profit community health center with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. They started in 1970 as a community-based and patient-directed organization focused on providing care to people with limited access to the health services they need. They are committed to and must uphold a high level of care, meeting administrative, clinical, and financial standards as part of responsibility as a FQHC. Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. Established in 1994, Arlington Free Clinic (AFC) continues to be Arlington’s only provider of comprehensive healthcare services for adults living with a low income and without health insurance. While there are approximately 10,000 uninsured adults in Arlington County, AFC is the medical home for over 1,600 of these underserved members of our community. The Orange County Free Clinic is an all-volunteer based organization dedicated to the belief that everyoneshould have access to health care services. Our mission is to provide primary medical care to uninsured residents of Orange County who do not have the resources to obtain these basic health care needs. The Free Clinic of Franklin County provides medical care to the uninsured of Franklin County. Our patients have incomes at or below 175% of the federal poverty guidelines. These are hard-working people who cannot afford the insurance offered by their employers.

Our clinic serves patients who are fully uninsured, with no Medicare or Medicaid, low-income, below 200% of the federal poverty level and reside in Tazewell, Buchanan or Russell counties. The medical problems which plague this three-county area are diabetes, hypertension and depression, each feeding off the other. Some of our patients are working either full- or part-time jobs which do not provide health insurance or cannot afford it with the minimum wages being earned.

Eastern Shore Rural Health is a Community Health Center Network committed to a healthy Eastern Shore. They provide medical, oral, and behavioral health care and support services to everyone in their community regardless of ability to pay. As primary health care providers, they serve patients and work with others to manage patients’ health needs in a safe, professional way that also respects the culture of every individual. Serving Virginia’s Eastern Shore with four medical centers, seven dental locations, and one urgent care center, they are the medical primary care provider of choice.
