Goochland Free Clinic and Family Services provides medical, mental health,and dental care to adult residents of Goochland County who are uninsured and cannot afford this care. Other services include a food pantry, emergency financial assistance, case management, emergency home repair, emergency housing, clothes closet, literacy and GED training, and medical transportation, Patients are required to be Goochland County residents with an income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Instead, it is a sign of strength and the reaffirmation of life. Addiction is a treatable disease that requires abstinence from drug abuse and working a program of recovery. The Madison Free Clinic, Inc. is a non profit organization that enables the uninsured residents of Madison County, who meet the guidelines, to be provided with medical care and medications. The Clinic also provides limited dental and eye care. Volunteers provide almost all of our services.

Hampton Roads Clinics provides substance abuse treatment services. Fees may be reduced according to set scales based on your household size and income. Complete documentation of household income is required and must be provided at the time of service to be eligible. There may be certain programmatic or flat fees that cannot be adjusted.

Programs that provide counseling services for individuals at risk for contracting or transmitting the HIV virus with the objective of supporting their ability to make behavior changes that will reduce their risk of acquiring or transmitting HIV. Counseling involves a personal risk assessment, development of a personalized action plan and the decision to seek an HIV test. Individuals who have a history of injection drug use, unprotected intercourse or sexual contact, sexual activity at a young age, multiple sex partners, sexually transmitted infection, and/or sex trade work are considered to be at high or increased risk and are targets for prevention counseling.
