Appointment required New applicants must bring proof of household income, have been a resident for a minimum of six months (Carroll, Grayson, or City of Galax) and be totally uninsured with no Medicaid, Medicare, or Veteran?s benefits.

The Free Clinic of the Twin Counties improving access for low-income, uninsured residents of Carroll, Grayson, & City of Galax; demonstrating the value of community collaboration in an accountable health care project that utilizes the charitable gifts of a network of voluntary providers .
